This is just the greatest mug I have ever owned. Highly recommend it to anyone that needs their life changed for their coffee. Temperature is always good and the way the cup is insulated and the rim wide makes it a must-have.

Great insulation, design improvements needed

Insulation is great, keeps beverage hot for 5 hours, not the 12 hours advertised. Coffee tastes better in mug; flavor of tea affected. Color is great, happy with grey color. Shape is difficult to open if you have small hands and cover doesn't screw on evenly easily. Wish there was a slimmer version. Room for improvement.

A great buy

Received my everywhere mug in buttered popcorn and really like it! Insulation works very well, keeps drinks hotter than other travel mugs I’ve used. Can’t fit in a typical cupholder in the car, but the mug lid is indeed leak proof and can lay on its side without spilling.
Looks adorable and provides an elevated coffee-drinking experience on the go. I would def recommend.

Great canister, top falls short

If the top matched the mug this would be a five-star review. The 12-oz mug is fantastic, size, portability, weight and materials. The top, while it does a good job sealing, is instead plastic and not the same materials the mug is made of. It has an unpleasant feel and lightness, and the color does not quite match the mug's because of the change in materials. Please make a top that accurately matches the mug, like in the photos,, and I would buy again and again.

Okay Cup

I have the 12 oz cup. The cup is visually appealing but the leaking will be terrible if you screw the top into the cup and have the cup filled to the internal marker. The top will make the liquid overflow. I don't recommend buying the smaller size for that reason. Lastly, the texture from the cup is a bit rough which surprised me but it might be for a better grip.

Excellent temperature retention. I didn’t think the comfort lip would make that big of a difference but it’s game changer for me. It’s still a bit wide for my hand but I also have quite petite hands. Not a major issue, but kore of a preference.
