Almost the perfect mug

Well insulated as it keeps my drink warm overnight, cute color, modern design but that design hurts the product.
Almost every morning, I struggle for about 10 minutes trying to unscrew the mug because suction is created when you leave hot beverages in a sealed container such as these for long periods of time. If the lid had a different design or shape that allowed for easier gripping, there wouldn’t be this problem.
Also, the rubber seal on the inside of the lid sometimes gets pulled off when this happens. I’m not sure why they chose this sort of design as this means you would also have to wash this removable rubber seal or even risk losing it.

Every since I got mine for Christmas I've been buying them as gifts for others. I love that I can stick the mug in my pocket and it can keep my coffee scalding hot for most the day if I don't open it.

Really enjoying this mug. Cute, perf fit w/ aeropress, nice rim. Lid is a lil weird and will drip when unscrewing it. Great for home use as it's too big for cup holders. As a slow-drinker, it keeps my cuppa warm for a good while.

No splash guard!

Did I buy the wrong product or didn't they use to come with the splash guard? This one didn't :( I only bought it because I have one that has the splash guard and I love it so much as my travel container I wanted to have another one. I get it that the mouth fits coffee devices better, but it really can't be an everywhere mug without the splash guard.
