Purchased this a few weeks ago to take my hot drinks to lectures/library on a near daily basis. I carry this every time I expect to visit a caffeine for currency establishment. Product performs ridiculously well were I can have my drink stay warm for hours on end if continuously closed right after sips. The mug has a beautiful design feeling really high quality, and drinking experience feels nice on the lips.
I did have an issue on purchase however where the mug did not form a liquid tight seal causing dipping when laid on it's side. This was resolved when I contacted Fellow, offering to replace the entire mug for one that didn't leak. All in all I don't think I'll need to purchase another reusable for a long while so has fulfilled it's main purpose of reducing my coffee cup waste!

Great Insulation but Odd Taste

The 16oz. Carter Everywhere Mug has been great at keeping my coffee hot and spill-free during my commute, but my coffee always seems to taste "off" when drinking from it. It's a bit difficult to wipe down by hand if your hands are on the large side, which may mean some residue leftover affecting the taste. I started using a tool to wipe the mug out with a damp cloth (without soap) and the flavor has improved since the initial wash (though not quite the same as when drinking from a different mug at home).

Keeps coffee hot much longer than any travel mug I’ve used in the past. Also love the ceramic coating so I don’t get the tinny taste from metal mugs.

Keeps my cold brew incredibly cold all day, and has never spilled in my bag! I was a bit skeptical about the thin lip making a difference, but it makes drinking my coffee much more enjoyable

These cups leak. The lid does not fasten correctly and the liquids leaks and ruins my north face backpack. The cups leaked while inside my backpack causing all items inside, except my computer to be unusable. The results, throwing away mouse, notebooks and chargers.
