Leaks!!

I bought this 2 years ago and it has constantly leaked and spilled in my bag. This is now going in the garbage as it has ruined many bags.

Quite literally use these as my everyday mugs because they keep my coffee the perfect temperature. My husband wakes up earlier than I do, makes my coffee, puts the lid on and leaves it next to the bed for me to find when I wake up — perfectly warm, perfectly delicious. I’ve started buying them as gifts for friends and family I love them so much.

Fantastic mug, perfect size for a cup. Keeps things nice and warm, looks good, easy to drink from, cleans up easy. The lid secures perfect without any leaking. Aeropress fits like a glove! It is wide and does not fit most vehicle cupholders, I knew this going in, no problem. For me, aeropress compatibility was more important. My truck has a pair of extra-wide cup holders that work for me. Otherwise, there are cupholder expanders that could help.
My biggest complain is there is no sip lids for the wide travel mug. Why can't a person want a travel mug that fits the Aeropress AND can be used to drink from on the go? Nope, apparently, I would only want a mug that I use to drink from on the move but cannot fit the ultimate travel brewer, or a mug that I can brew into while on the road, but can't drink from.
This should be called a transportation mug, not a travel mug. You can only transport your coffee from point A to point B, you cannot use it while travelling.

Poor warranty

I bought this mug two months ago to replace a smaller one. I loved my previous one so I expected to love the 16oz size as well. Despite hand washing, it often becomes discolored and now the outside finish has begun to chip near the lip. I was informed that the mug will not be replaced because the warranty is only for 30 days. Design and functionality is excellent, but the warranty doesn't match for a mug at this price point. Very disappointing.

This mug looks great, is made of high quality materials and keeps my coffee hot for hours. The thin lip and wide mouth makes it especially enjoyable to drink from. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
