Beautiful unit, gives off great amount of heat!!!

I bought this and received it in the last three days and it set up very easily is extremely well built and easy to use! It lit up first time I tried. It gives off an extreme amount of heat when you have both burners going, which is exactly what I was looking for. If you’re looking for a heater, as well as something that has some ambience with the fire, this is your product, very nice. I am very happy with my purchase. !
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing, easy to use!

It was perfect on Halloween to stay comfy while handing out candy and hanging with the neighbors. Two different warming options super easy to set up and strong and sturdy to withstand weather.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted the Fireside 360 Outdoor Heater and Fire Pit + Top Cover Bundle from Influenster and Ninja in exchange for my honest review. I couldn’t be more happy with this! Heater and fire pit in one sleek unit. It’s perfect for all seasons, in all climates. Fireside can really kick off a lot of warmth, but the dial allows you to increase/decrease the flame/heat very easily. Having the three different settings (flame, heater, or both flame and heater in unison) gives you warmth and sets a beautiful mood, as well. The flame mode radiates less heat, so it will be great for summer use.. friends, drinks and snacks by the fire. Now that it’s winter, the we’ve been using the heater mode along with the flame, which provides both warmth and ambiance. The circular shape of the unit allows for heat to be dispersed in 360 degrees, so everyone receives equal warmth.
I noticed a lot of people were struggling with the ignition, but if you follow the instructions, it’s very simple. Push in dial lightly and turn counterclockwise to the line, push dial in completely and hold for 10 seconds while you light the pit. Same process for the heater. This beats a traditional wood fire pit because Fireside omits the ashes and smoke that cling to your clothes and hair. The ceramic stones (included) are smooth and look elegant in the pit, itself. It also comes with a AAA battery, which is needed for the ignition panel. The stainless steel rim of the pit is showing a bit of blue and gold from the heat, and I think this patina looks beautiful. The unit is very light and easy to move, especially without a propane tank inside.
I received the package with the hard cover and it’s great for keeping the unit clean when not in use. This coverage keeps the integrity of the stones and keeps leaves and dust out of the pit. The unit is made with weather resistant material and has held up well, but as a precaution, I never leave it out in the rain.
Overall, super stoked about the Fireside 360. Definitely worth it, and would definitely recommend. My friends and family love it. I can’t believe I was without this for so long.

A nice addition to our outdoor area

This is such a lovely heater firepit combination. It's easy to use, quick set up, and warms up the evening. It's also smoke-free and looks nice on our porch. This heater/firepit would be nice to use when having guests over or just to sit outside stargazing. It's not too heavy so you can pretty much put it wherever...except for in a closed area because it uses propane.
I don't know how much propane it would use in an evening hanging out. I also don't know if having it set up in use on our porch is something I'd make permanent in case it sits too close to the railing. But, for now, that's where we have it. It's not too noisy, it's a Ninja product so I assume that it's durable and built to last, maintenance is not a big deal.
I had my husband take a seat so I could get a photo of his legs and the Fireside360. He had just switched on the heating element a couple of seconds before I took the photo so it didn't show up well. I apologize for the lack of multiple photos, but I haven't been feeling well and a quick mini micro photoshoot was all I could muster.
I definitely recommend giving this a try!

Convenient, Safe, and Hot Firepit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves to sit outside and make fires but one of the largest annoyances of this is the setup and smell after. It usually takes some time to split the wood and get the fire going well. Then whenever we go back inside, everyone needs showers because of the smell of smoke on us.
The Ninja Fireside 360 solves all of this. Unboxing and setup are crazy simple. You just pull it out, remove a couple stickers and connect the tank. It takes roughly 1 min to have it fully running. Turn on the gas at the tank, light the top burner, then light the bottom. That’s it! Whenever you’re done you just reverse the process and put the included metal cover on. You don’t even need to move it because it can withstand the elements. I’ve now had it go through many rain storms and even a snow storm. No issues. You don’t even need to clean it. This thing is durable and incredibly convenient. It’s fairly light as well so I can just pick it up to move it.
The warmth that it puts out is incredible as well. We can sit outside in 30 degrees and be comfortable. We’ve used it many times and it continues to last as well. I wish I got something like this sooner. A couple times I had to turn down or turn off one of the burners because it would get so hot. It also looks incredible. It doesn’t create any kind of soot or dirt. I have yet to have to even wipe it down. It’s also very quiet so there’s no issues chatting around the fire. I’m happy to say it seems very safe as well. The tank can be locked in with a bolt and the propane connection is nice and snug.
Overall my family loves the this fire pit and we’re happy to go outside much more frequently and sit around it. If you can’t have a real fire pit or just want the comfort and convenience of a smokeless one, this is the product to get.

It came ready to use out of the box which is always a plus when purchasing any large item for me. It is winter where I am and I do not have any propane currently so I have not used it yet but the quality of this fire pit is amazing. I love the sleek black design and the knobs are very easy to operate. This will be great for summer and fall nights when you just want to relax and hangout with friends and family. I’m so happy I was selected to try this item!
