Perfect for Cozy Outdoor Evenings

I really like the Ninja Fireside360 Outdoor Heater & Fire Pit. It has a sleek, sturdy design and combines a heater and fire pit in one, making it perfect for cool evenings outdoors. The 360 heat keeps everyone comfortable, while the flames create a cozy atmosphere. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and much less messy than a traditional wood-burning fire pit. Overall, it’s a great addition to the backyard.

Perfect little heater

Perfect for heat and a bit of flame. We had the toll pole heaters prior and always uneven heat especially down low or if not close enough, other fireplace tables just dont provide the heat. This is the perfect combination, only drawback is it does not pull table top duties at all, hopefully they will provide a shelf option for when not using the heat. We put one at our Mountain home and considering one at the beach home for cool winter nights although not sure if it will handle the salt life.

Not functioning after one use. If I would have kept the box I would just return. Too much money for something that obviously won’t last!

We're deeply unhappy to hear your Fireside360 Fire Pit stopped working after just one use. We can understand how disappointing that is, especially given the cost. We do have tailored troubleshooting for this issue. Please follow the steps under "My Heater (radiant) burner is not turning on/won't ignite" or "My Flame (ambient) burner is not turning on/won't ignite" in the guide below. If the problem continues, simply follow the instructions at the end and we'll take it from there, including reviewing your warranty options and arranging any replacement parts or a replacement unit if needed. It's also worth noting that you don't need the original box to return the product. Simply pack it securely in any sturdy box if a return is required. If you'd like more information on starting a return, please use the returns link below.

Great Outdoor Heater and Fire Pit!🔥

I’m really impressed with the Ninja Fireside 360. It provides plenty of warmth, looks modern, and is very easy to use. The heat is evenly distributed, making it perfect for relaxing outside on cooler evenings. It’s well built, easy to set up, and has become a favorite for family gatherings. Definitely a great addition to any patio or backyard.
