This arrived quickly (only 4 working days from ordering). Easy to put together out of the box! Works great. We loved the range of radiated heat that is produced while sitting around it. We actually had to move farther away from the flame.

I had been thinking about an outdoor fire pit for awhile. I always beat the dead horse with reviewing all of them before making any purchases as I do with anything. I’m glad I decided on the Ninja 360. It fits perfectly on our front porch. It is light enough that I can carry it to the back yard too. The color options are great. My wife and I like to sit outside into the cooler months of the year and this will be a nice addition to our patio.

LOVE this firepit. We had the traditional firepit that had the ambience, but lacked in producing any warmth. Got rid of the patio heater which was a pain to move around and only the person sitting right below it would feel the heat. This Ninja 360 has it all!! Love that you can use one of the features or both. Not only does it have the ambience, but everyone sitting around the firepit now feels warmth throughout. Super easy assembly, fast shipping, excellent packaging (no damages). Unit fires up immediately without any issues. LOVE this firepit, well worth the price!!!!

I have had this specific fire pit saved on my favorites browser for the past several months. As the weather starts to cool off, I said you know what I’m gonna do some research. I put some thought into it and after reading reviews, I was like I have to go with my gut. I am so satisfied with this purchase. It is an amazing product and perfect. We have looked at these for awhile and wanted to replace our aged fire pit. We love that the heat distribution is full circle as we use it on cold nights with a blanket sitting on our deck. As with any of their products ( we have many ) it is built well, easy to use and performs like a champion. As always it seems like another exceeds our expectations from this company.
