The heater will not stay lit I have to return it and now it is out of stock. Not sure for the price if this was worth it. Maybe I will change my mind once I get the new one when it is back in stock, however no one seems to know whe that will be.

DO NOT BUY

I am on my second heater. The first one only provided heat from the lower portion and the ceramic rock top part never worked. It ended up being replaced as it stopped igniting. Now, I am on my second / replacement heater with the same issue happening. I called to have it returned with no luck. I would NOT PURCHASE THIS HEATER!!!!!!

Came defective. Maybe thermocouple had issue but would not stay lit out even after swapping different propane tanks and following directions (pushing down for 10-30 seconds). Disappointed.

We're sorry to hear that you ran into issues using your new Ninja Fireside360. Sometimes the dials may loosen during transit which can result in the unit not operating properly. Please try turning the dial to the IGNITE position and press it firmly until it cannot be pushed any further. Once the dial is properly seated, the unit should ignite as expected. Make sure that when igniting, you continue to hold the dial for 10-15 seconds even after the flame is lit. Please contact our Fireside360 specialists at 1-800-365-0135 for additional support.

We bought this prepping for winter to keep warm while on the deck. Well mother nature decided to cool things down a bit so we got to use it several mornings so far. I have to tell you we are very pleased with this heater. Very easy to start and warms up quickly. The option of open flame or radiant heat or both just make it a versatile heater. Now if Ninja could make one about half the size with an external connection so we could take it in our RV that would be great!

Worth the money!

We bought this about a month ago for our patio. Needed something to be safe and wouldn't burn our dogs as they walked by, this guy is totally safe. Produces great amount of heat. The selectable flame on top my wife loves. Great product so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Using it at my camp ground. We love it. There's a fire ban in our area right now is why we bought it and like I said everybody is at our site every night and they love it as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
