[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight and easy to move, easy to light and puts out heat! Comes with a cover to keep it out of the weather and little to no maintenance needed! It’s also heavy enough that if you bump into it walking around it’s not going to tip over!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nina Fireside 360 outdoor heater and fire pit is absolutely amazing! I love the ease of the maintenance. I love the aesthetics it brings to my outdoor space. The comfort i receive from it is amazing.
The heater and fire pit work great. The heater can throw out some good heat and the fire pit is nice. It does eat up a lot of propane depending on how high you have the heat cranking out.
The only things I wish they offered is some sort of heat shield reflector you could put on if you don’t have people sitting on all sides so that you aren’t just heating empty space. Also the fire rocks are boring. It would be nice if they sold decorative glass or something like that.
I love it, but it does seem to be a bit of a propane pig. I wish (maybe next time, Ninja?) that there was some way short of testing the weight to see how much propane is left. Now that I've started keeping an extra cylinder on hand it's not that big of a deal. Set up and packaging disposal was a breeze, and overall, I'm very happy with our purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gas heater provides strong and consistent warmth, making it ideal for cold weather. It heats up quickly and is efficient, helping to reduce energy costs. The build quality feels solid, and the safety features give peace of mind during use. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient heating option for homes that use gas.
I thought it was head to toe and distance heat .I am very disappointed in this product. Not worth the price .Beautiful structure but poorly made.

Love how much heat it kicks out. However the heat ring goes out after about 35 minutes. It sounds like this is common problem of tank freezing. Hate to not be able to use this in cold weather. Defeats the purpose.

Hi Tracy,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand how frustrating it is to lose heat after just 35 minutes, especially in cold weather. Your feedback is very important, and we truly appreciate you letting us know. Propane tanks can freeze or develop frost when the pressure inside drops as they empty, which happens faster on high settings. In colder weather, this can lead to reduced flame and heat output. To help prevent this, start with a full tank, switch tanks if possible to allow the frozen one to thaw, and use lower heat settings initially before increasing them as needed. These steps can help maintain performance and delay freezing. If you’d like more guidance or troubleshooting, feel free to give us a call. We’re happy to assist!
