Easy to use

We love it. Bought it on sale and it helped make a lot of cold days feel cozy while outside this winter. I recommend. Just be very careful with kids around it. It gets really hot!

Found the quick fix to keeping flame lit!!

I purchased this around Christmas but just unboxed it and set it up yesterday. The heater portion lit and stayed lit just as expected. The top flame would not stay lit after letting go of the knob. Yes, I tried depressing the knob for 10 seconds (even tried for as long as 60 seconds), but flame would die upon letting the knob out. BUT, I fixed it! I needed the press the knob in PRETTY DARN HARD and I could feel and hear the knob sort of click just a tiny bit as if a piece of plastic or something was holding it back. The flame stayed lit after that. I did it a few more times to verify and all is well now. So for all of those folks have similar issues with either burner, try really putting some muscle behind pushing the knob in and see if that fixes for you. Now that the burner is sorted, it is an awesome heater and firepit!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best outdoor heater on the market

This has to be one of the best products shark ninja has ever made. I own a lot of their products and have to say this is by far my favorite..
We have an outdoor covered patio, we’ve tried many different heaters for the area. This one works the best warms the entire patio not just the seating area in front of it. The radiant heat is superior to any other system, and the open flame provides the perfect ambience and warmth as needed not to mention the aesthetics of the unit itself.

Unlike many other similar products, which I find to often look kind of tacky, this one looks really nice and luxurious, both when in use and when not in use! I love that you can use it as just a heater or as a fire pit separately or at the same time! Great addition for any backyard space! Also easy to move and it’s the perfect size!

Lots of warmth!

We bought this a month ago and it is excellent. It puts out a lot of heat and nice high flames. We put it on a metal dolly and moving it around has been a breeze. I'd like to see more fun "pop" colors like orange, green and blue.

So warm and safe
