Awesome contraption

Our old neighbors that moved away sent me a picture of their new outdoor patio & I asked what that contraption was well it was the Ninja 360 and after hearing about how much they loved it I thought well heck I want one too
We absolutely love it & it really puts out the heat
Coffee on the deck on a chilly morning check
Drinks on a cool evening check
We had a fire table before this that we loved but this is so much better, we highly recommend it

Heats Fantastic

I have had this for about a month now and it has been absolutely fantastic. The heat is very substantial and you can feel it all the way on the ground. I highly recommend. Not the only downfall I will say is, while running for some time on colder nights the tank will freeze. So keeping spare tank to swap out is definitely needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought a couple weeks ago, and have been living it! Using just the fire at the top creates a cool ambiance, while the heat it kicks out is incredible! It's great to turn just the heat on for a few, then turn it off, without disturbing the fire at the top. So convenient, and it looks awesome on our porch. We live in IL, so with the amount of heat it can kick out, it will definitely extend our porch season long into fall!

I bougt this last fall. I used it last night and had no issues. Tonight I can only get the top heater to work. I never know if or when each heater will stay lit. When it works it's great. I just can't depend on it to work when I want it. I wish I wouldn't have spent money on this piece of crap. I can buy wood cheaper and it will light when I want it.

Good but…

We love the fire pit. It puts off a lot of heat, but I’m only giving it three stars because in less than a week the igniter stopped working. I had to change the battery. And then again the igniter stopped working and had to change the battery again. I’m using good Duracell batteries that are brand new. Plus the battery that came with. It should’ve lasted longer than a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Zen like heat source for entertaining!

This is the perfect addition for our backyard entertaining. We love using this on cooler summer nights here in South Carolina. It's super easy to set up and use, we set it in our concrete patio and get so much use out of this. It provides great heat and I love that the heat levels are adjustable with just the turn of a dial. I love the hot stones for a zen like ambiance. Super relaxing and a great addition to our entertaining space.

First serious fire with it... been rainy and windy so it's a bit cool... the heater is incredible... my old gas firepit never looked this good or threw out any heat.
I would recommend this to a friend!
