Amazing look and feel. Super easy to install- read a few reviews before I purchased, but my igniter switch worked very well. Hopefully to have many great nights with this unit.

What a wonderful product for outdoor gathering!

was a huge shock! It arrived larger than I expected and was easily removed from the packaging by me. The product is strong and durable and it came with everything but the propane tank! The set up was quick and easy and instructions well give in manual. The safety features included cool touch base, separate controls for heat and flame, its smoke free (no more charred wood smell after use like a bonfire) and it has a built in starter! Best part the heat is dispersed evenly so you feel warm general around not just hands and feet held near it!

Perfect fire pit for us!

I've owned several Ninja products over the years and this is my favorite by far. We owned a patio heater which would sort of heat our deck but got damaged because the heat reflector had to be taken off with any sort of wind and it just wasn't practical. Then you had to be standing or on a taller bar stool to stay warm. Not with the Ninja! The heat is at the perfect height, and it really cranks the heat out. We run the flames as we enjoy them, but for coffee in the morning we really only need the radiant heat. The warranty is the icing on the cake, and this works just perfect for what we need it for. Bravo Ninja and I am so glad you came out with this product. My wife just thanked me recently for buying it on a whim without asking her :-)

Perfect for camping

Easy to set up and easy to use. It definitely throws out some heat. It's definitely ideal for having little ones instead of an open flame. I love it. im so happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome little setup! There is a heat only setting and a flame setting, so if you do not want the open flame, you can turn it off. Seems very durable and was extremely easy to assemble. It's also very portable, and safe for any terrain. You can use it on your porch, or in your yard! Anywhere. Heat output is amazing. Flame is perfect! We roasted marshmallows with it on the first use! I cannot recommend this enough! So much better than a normal fire pit. No smoke!
