This is great!!! So much easier to use and maintain than a Solo stove. No cleanup or waiting hours for cooldown. Terrific heat output very comparable to the Solo stove

DO NOT BUY

I am on my second heater. The first one only provided heat from the lower portion and the ceramic rock top part never worked. It ended up being replaced as it stopped igniting. Now, I am on my second / replacement heater with the same issue happening. I called to have it returned with no luck. I would NOT PURCHASE THIS HEATER!!!!!!

Great - but needy on getting to ignite

Love this with just one engineering issues that Ninja needs to resolve: Turning the knobs to ignite only stay lite if you understand that after pushing, you need to feel for just a little MORE push to keep it lite. Ninja is aware of this and hopefully the future ones will be addressed

Perfect fire pit for us!

I've owned several Ninja products over the years and this is my favorite by far. We owned a patio heater which would sort of heat our deck but got damaged because the heat reflector had to be taken off with any sort of wind and it just wasn't practical. Then you had to be standing or on a taller bar stool to stay warm. Not with the Ninja! The heat is at the perfect height, and it really cranks the heat out. We run the flames as we enjoy them, but for coffee in the morning we really only need the radiant heat. The warranty is the icing on the cake, and this works just perfect for what we need it for. Bravo Ninja and I am so glad you came out with this product. My wife just thanked me recently for buying it on a whim without asking her :-)
