[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love almost everything about my Samsung Galaxy A16 5g except the battery life. The features are always amazing and I look forward to all the new upgrades when my phone updates. My battery drains faster than it should and i do have occasional lagging following my phone to freeze.

Great phone but has issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off this phone is actually in my top ten phone's for gaming. Galaxy AI works so well with this phone. The only issues I have with it is the fact that it uses up memory super quick and if you dont buy a SD card for it then don't plan on having alot of space... Also force closes or auto screen locks during messenger video calls. Anyways still a great galaxy product

To enhance security, consider setting up a screen lock. You can also customize lock options for specific apps and settings. For example, use the Extend Unlock feature for apps you plan to keep open longer or don’t want to lock while using. This feature keeps your device unlocked by recognizing signals like your home Wi-Fi, car Bluetooth, or Galaxy watch, so you won't need to enter your PIN, password, or other credentials. To set up Extend Unlock, go to Settings, then Lock screen and AOD, and tap Extend Unlock. Enter your lock screen credentials if prompted. Options include: Trusted places, where your device remains unlocked as long as you're near a trusted location, and it locks again after 4 hours or once you leave. To add a location, tap Add trusted place, search for an address, browse the map, or select a suggested address, then tap OK. You can also extend the lock timeout for longer usage. Only Samsung Phones in this house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first Samsung phone I had was a long time ago when providers everywhere were always giving new customers a free phone for switching. It was from the j series and it still comes on today. I have since purchased from the S and A series and other than the fact that they are outdated and not compatible with today's technology they all still work and have essentially been indestructible. One was accidentally places on a wood stove and melted the back except the cameras. It was my first in the A series and it takes better pics than my new A15. The Galaxy AI has become an addiction for us. We love learning something new from AI every night before bed. Faithful Galaxy fans for life in the bluegrass state!!
