This product is okay for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is an all around "mid" device. I've been using it for about 6 months now and I'm constantly having problems with the phone "lagging" or being extremely slow and even completely restarting the system UI at times. However for the price it's not the worst phone ever. If there was about 2GB more of physical ram with the option to add up to 8GB of ram plus, this device would be absolutely perfect.

To keep it running smoothly, use the Device Care feature, which provides an overview of your battery, storage, and RAM. You can also automatically optimize your phone or tablet for better performance. If apps become unresponsive, we recommend performing a spring cleanup, no need to uninstall apps or reset your device. Simply clear the app's cache or data to remove problematic files or bugs. You can also limit background apps and extend battery life using Device Care. Clearing the cache acts as a system cleanse, removing residual files that may slow down apps. To do this, go to Settings, tap Apps, select or search for the app, then tap Storage and Clear Cache. For further help with storage, memory, or app management, use Device Care’s features to prevent slowdowns and improve overall performance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My galaxy A16 5g doesn't give me any problems when I am playing games or working on my music projects, plus I can record vocals without encountering any problems whatsoever and the vocals are clear. I am able to split the screen when necessary as well.
