Worst phone I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a poor person, so when I was finally able to afford new phones for my wife and I, I was really excited. I bought this hoping it would be an upgrade from my previous A13, but from the start it had problems. This phone has never been able to fully back up my files and apps and everything, it always has an error after trying to back everything up. For some reason it can't run apps in the background, I have done all the troubleshooting possible, it just doesn't work, when I leave an app in the background, when I come back to it it completely restarts. This has happened with both of our phones, and nothing we do can fix it. I've had problems making phone calls, sending texts, video calls, Zoom calls, basically every aspect of it's communication capabilities has problems.
It really broke my heart, we just wanted good reasonably functional phones for our really precious dollars.
I do not recommend this A15 model, the A13 was literally flawless.

Not happy, but also not unhappy. Touch screen see

Consider these tips: If a third-party screen protector or accessory is attached, it may interfere with the touchscreen’s function. Dust, air bubbles, multiple protective films, or peeling edges can also cause concerns. Remove the protector or film if it’s peeling or debris is underneath. If you prefer to keep it, enable the touch sensitivity setting by going to Settings > Display and toggling the Touch sensitivity switch.
