Dont know how to start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i buy it , it works just fine i buy 3 at that time for me , my wife and my mom.
They start to go slow , lost 5g conexion repeatily , at the point we just used on 3g, 4g .
I dont recommend this phone for online gaming , not sure if it happeng only on my phones , but i have 3 of them and its the same .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use AI or galaxy AI. I use Google, Facebook, Wimkin and many apps. The only issue i have is with the keyboard. It never seems to be doing what it suppose to do when touched. It locks up.

If it feels warm, try closing unused apps or lowering screen brightness to reduce heat. The Quick Optimization feature improves performance by identifying power-hungry apps, clearing extraneous memory, deleting unnecessary files, scanning for malware, and closing background apps. Optimization is simple: go to Settings, select Device Care, tap Optimize now, then Done. Although Galaxy AI isn’t part of the A Series, these phones offer user-friendly features to maximize daily use.
