Product gets extremely hot within 3-5 min.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy A16 5G gets extremely hot when in use within 5 minutes and it's a replacement (the other Galaxy A15 the screen froze and didn't work after andstill couldn't get anyone to help) that i had to buy myself because I couldn't get anyone with the company to help me figure out what was/is happening.i have to wait until February to buy an different phone since I know no one from samsung will replace this for free.

If you notice your phone gets warmer during light activity, check if system or firmware updates are involved, as these are crucial for maintaining optimal performance. Heavy use of multiple apps or processor-intensive activities like gaming or GPS tracking can cause your phone to heat up due to high power consumption. If your device feels warm, turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth when not needed, lower the screen brightness, and delete unnecessary files and apps. Disconnect the charger and close applications until it cools. For earbuds, stop playing music, avoid voice commands, and disable ambient sound; if using Gear IconX, turn off the Pace Setter. This product meets my needs and is not complicated

The ease of its usage and what I have determined, is the aspect I admire most is how quickly it became second nature in its ability to improve my task.

Screen and phone freezes

Great as a first phone, but not for my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy A16 had issues from the get-go with getting really hot and not holding a charge with the battery and then the phone started glitching, running slower and slower so I had to constantly clear the cache and do a soft reboot just to get the phone to work and eventually it wouldn't turn on at all so I replaced it. It also does not have an option for wireless charging. The replacement was fine but it got a little bit of water on it and completely stopped working. So I've gone through two so far and have now switched back to an S series and I've had zero issues.

Budget minded devices

My daughter has had an a10 series for the last 4 years and hers work really well still today. Galaxy AI is a useful tool to help her with homework and other things. Keeping her in the Samsung eco system for life.

This phone has a great camera, I get great photos!
