Sometimes, a quick network reset or settings refresh can make a big difference. To reset your SIM card, just go to Settings, tap Connections, then SIM card manager. Switch off SIM 1, confirm with OK, then turn it back on. You can also try resetting your network settings—just remember, this will erase your Bluetooth pairings and Wi-Fi networks. To do that, open Settings, go to General Management, tap Reset, and select Reset Network Settings. Enter your PIN or password if prompted, then tap Reset.
