Very user-friendly phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am new to the Samsung family, having the A16 5G model. I have always owned LG in the past, but I am certainly happy I've chosen a Samsung phone when upgrading was mandated to 5G. I use the phone for personal use. I very much enjoy the ease of navigation this phone offers. I was unsure of making the switch to Samsung was going to benefit me, and I believe it has exceeded my expectations. I love the dual cameras, pocket geek is also peace of mind knowing I can get remote help free of charge if I need it. Only con is not making it more affordable.

BUTTTTTT, 1.you put it down and it'll slide right off counter top or whenever you sat it down . 2.ill play games it'll get really Hot on back . Especially if charging.3.i prefer maybe a bigger screen when I msg or play games I either can't see the ppl on game or . I spell ALOT of typos

If you love taking pictures and videos, then this is the PERFECT phone for you!! The picture and video quality is OUTSTANDING!!
