[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Galaxy A16 5G in June. I love the phone, just have to get use to the outlay. Plus, I was charged for a charging plug and a screen protector...BUT I DIDN'T ASK FOR THEM AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. I called and they gave me the runaround. But I like the phone and the storage space, graphics, and the GALAXY AI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the GALAXY A16 5G to upgrade and I have had non stop issues with it The fact that it overheats when not in use and that the screen gets so hot that you can not touch it causing the phone to glitch os annoying If it wasnt for that I would love this phone . It has everything i need and so much more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had good luck with Samsung products. I have used Samsung products for many years now. I truly enjoy this Galexy 16. It is very easy to use. The keyboard is manageable. I do have large fingers so it's fairly easy to use. It is easy to move to each of the different functions of the phone. I would highly recommend this product

I love how it has samsung health to help me keep track and galaxy is also very helpful they help my video and pics turn out fun and magical and there is so much more thank you samsung for serving me well
