[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really use the Galaxy for many reasons but I mainly use the Galaxy for gaming and watching movies. The graphics on the Galaxy is much better than I expected, I'm excited to say its more than a phone, it's a Galaxy.

I've always loved the features and the quality of their phones their products and service! I'm glad my phone provider for my service was uncooperative with my request to receive an upgrade of a phone because it landed me with another service provider and this new Samsung a16!

This phone is the worst I have ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming made my phone over heat so severely that the middle lens in the back burst.
It refreshes continuously so that you can't be on an app and then go check for the code they texted. Because when you go back it has refreshed and you have to start over. So your just in a vicious circle.
It is so slow. You can hit the button 10 times before it opens.
I had a Samsung Galaxy S9+ the best phone I ever had. I still have it and am thinking of going back to it. I just have 2 small issues with it. It needs plugged in pretty much all the time now and I can't talk on speaker as people either can't hear me or it's garbled. These 2 things are Itty bitty compared to this A16 5G.

I haven't met a Samsung phone I didn't like yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy A16 is a winner! I am a Samsung phone fan. The apps are straightforward and the learning curve is pretty quick. I dont use my phone for games much however the few I played performed well. I have yet to have a Samsung phone I didn't like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I wanna mention Galaxy AI, without it I never would have come to conclusions like Galaxy AI does, super easy, super capable. Thank you. Now as for the product itself, I am beyond pleased with its functionality, smooth scroll no lag in websites or games for that matter, I use it more than my console systems cause of no lag and HD imagery, pages load quickly with no wait time like other phones I've owned. The camera pixels are superb my photos are clear finally, I thought it was just my photography skills, so all in all I found a phone that works with me everyday for everything I need it to do and sometimes beyond. Thank you for producing such an incredible device.
