[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my device for streaming music, Bluetooth, gaming, and to keep up with my business life.
My review or issues with the GalaxyA16 5G is I've had nothing but constant issues with it and it's definitely not what I expected out of a phone. Currently I've been experiencing it running extremely slow and lacking apps even after a factory reboot.
I give this phone 0/5 stars and don't recommend it to anyone. Galaxy AI has been a great thing to use when I've needed it.

The Device Care feature offers a summary of your battery, storage, and RAM, and allows automatic optimization for better performance. To access it, go to Settings, swipe to and select Device Care, then tap Optimize now and tap Done. For additional troubleshooting tips like clearing cache and data, please visit the link below. Although Galaxy AI isn’t available on the Galaxy A16 5G, the device includes various smart features through One UI, such as Gemini and Google Assistant, to simplify daily tasks.
