[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone makes me so frustrated on a daily.Hands down THE WORST phone ive ever owned I guess that's why I got it free if I bought the plan card threw straightalk.So many glitches its just annoying. My roommate has the same phone and all u hear is us talking about how much we dont like this phone.

This product was great until it came time for upda

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The problem is within the software, to my belief. The Samsung Galaxy A165g worked great until I downloaded my first update. Ive had like 4 updates since, and it still doesnt work properly. This is the only phone ive ever had a problem with. The screen freezes up at times and cant make a phone call if it were an emergency. The phone slows down when it is plugged into charging cable as well as freeze up also. Gonna try to use GalaxyAI to find some support.

This device is glitchy and overheats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible device. It's slow, overheats, forces stop on apps when you are using them. I replaced the last A16 with another one, and the replacement is just as bad as the previous one. I despise this phone. The worst mistake i ever made was going from the Galaxy S series to the Galaxy A series.

Great phone and a great upgrade to my previous!
