I love Samsung Galaxy A 16 5G
on February 17, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung Galaxy A 16 5G.
I've been using the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G for a while now, and overall, it's a solid budget-friendly smartphone with some impressive features. The first thing I noticed was the design—it has a sleek, modern look with a comfortable grip. The 6.5-inch PLS LCD display offers decent color reproduction and brightness, though it’s not as vibrant as an AMOLED panel. However, for everyday use like browsing, streaming, and social media, it gets the job done.
Performance-wise, the MediaTek Dimensity processor handles multitasking well. Apps run smoothly, and switching between them is relatively quick. While it’s not a powerhouse for gaming, casual games and lighter apps work without much lag. The 5G connectivity is a great addition, offering fast internet speeds in supported areas, which enhances browsing and streaming experiences.
The camera setup is decent for the price. The primary sensor captures good photos in well-lit conditions, though low-light performance could be better. The front camera is satisfactory for selfies and video calls. Battery life is another strong point—it easily lasts a full day with moderate use, and the 15W charging is fairly quick.
On the downside, the speaker quality is just average, and the lack of an AMOLED display is noticeable for those who prefer vibrant visuals. Overall, the Galaxy A16 5G is a great option for those seeking a reliable, budget-friendly 5G smartphone with solid battery life and decent performance.

Good midrange device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright, so I've been using the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G for a bit now, and... it's fine. Just fine. Look, I wasn't expecting a flagship experience, and I didn't get one, so in that sense, expectations were met.
Let's start with the "semi-pleased" bits. The 5G connectivity is definitely a plus. When it works, it's snappy. Browsing and streaming are smooth enough. The battery life is also surprisingly decent. I can easily get through a full day, and sometimes even a day and a half, on a single charge. That's a definite win.
The screen is... adequate. It's a large display, which is nice for watching videos, but the resolution isn't the sharpest, and the colors are a bit muted. It's not terrible, but it's not going to wow anyone.
Now, the "meh" parts. The camera is where things get a bit underwhelming. It's functional, and you can get some decent shots in good lighting, but the low-light performance is pretty poor. The processing is also a bit sluggish, so taking quick photos can be a challenge.
The performance is also just... okay. It handles basic tasks without much issue, but it struggles with more demanding apps and games. There's noticeable lag and stuttering at times, which can be frustrating.
The design is pretty basic. It's a plastic phone, and it feels like a plastic phone. It's not ugly, but it's not particularly stylish either.
Overall, the Galaxy A16 5G is a budget-friendly phone that delivers on the basics if you're looking for a phone that can handle everyday tasks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has impressed me with how fast it runs, it's graphic quality, and it's durability. I got this phone because my older moto g play ran do bad I couldn't play hardly any games without it crashing, and it only had 32 GB of storage. So I got this phone hearing it was a new galaxy I had to get it because all samsung mobile phones and tablets are unbeatable in android devices. This phone can run every high graphic game I play smoothly and it is so fast that everyday activities with this phone are amazing and it's durability is crazy too before I had a case and screen protector I was a little worried cause this phone felt fragile but I was proven wrong when I've dropped this multiple times and not even a scratch was made. The storage is wonderful too I am able to have more games than a casino. Overall this phone is superior to all the other phones I've worked with and had and I work at a phone store!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a REVVL 6 PRO too. And this Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is far superior to the Rev. 6 Pro.
When you turn it off, it doesn't come back on and wear down the battery. It also boots faster and has better battery life.

Pretty much one of the worst phones I've had and I've had a government phone!!!! It's slow as heck, even as I'm typing the words are delayed, apps freeze, the fingerprint sensor is a joke, I'd go on but typing with it is annoying.
