We understand it can be frustrating when your device struggles to keep up with your activities. Based on what you've described, it might be a good idea to check for a software update. Similar to oil changes for a car, software updates keep your phone or tablet running smoothly by improving the user interface, boosting security, and fixing small bugs. We suggest updating whenever a new version is available to keep your device in optimal condition. To do so, swipe down with two fingers from the top right corner of the screen and tap the Settings icon. Then, scroll to and select Software update or System updates. Tap Download and install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates, depending on your carrier. If an update is available, it should start downloading automatically, though you might need to tap Download now on some devices. This product is great for a budget phone

Best phone I've had in quite a long time.

The galaxy ai is very helpful answering any questions that you have. I really enjoy the ease of use when it comes to games and internet browsing. It even counts my steps with Samsung health!! It is definitely a steal for the money.

This product has some really great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this product has been very reliable and durable. I use this product literally all day, every single day. Don't get me wrong this product has had a few glitchy issues, but just restart your product and the issue is resolved. The battery life on a full charge is horrible. I've only used the type-c to type-c charger and box that came with my product, and it still doesn't seem to want to hold a charge at all. When I take it off the charger at a full charge, within about 4 minutes the barely level has already dropped to 98%. That is with my screen brightness at only being 24%. The cameras i feel could be a lot better then the quality of the ones that are on the product, but they do what I need em to do so it doesn't really but me too much. I mostly use my product for work reasons and for playing games.
