I was so over paying 1000 for a phone . this does everything perfectly obviously its not a flagship phone so it wont be as fast, but handles everyday takes with out a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got my hands on the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, and I have to say, it’s an impressive budget-friendly smartphone that delivers solid performance for its price.
The phone has a sleek, modern design that feels comfortable to hold. The 6.5-inch LCD display offers good brightness and decent colors, making it enjoyable for watching videos and browsing. However, it’s not an AMOLED panel, so the contrast isn’t as deep, but it still looks great for daily use.
With the MediaTek Dimensity processor and 4GB/6GB of RAM, the A16 5G handles tasks smoothly. Apps open quickly, and multitasking is decent. It runs on Android 14 with Samsung’s One UI, which provides a clean and user-friendly.
The 50MP main camera captures sharp and detailed photos in good lighting, but low-light performance is average. The 5MP ultra-wide lens is a nice addition for capturing more in a frame, and the 2MP depth sensor helps with portrait shots. The 13MP front camera is good enough for selfies and video calls.
With a 5,000mAh battery, the A16 5G easily lasts a full day on moderate use, even with 5G connectivity enabled. It supports 25W fast charging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this product for a day, but I've been taking my time going through it's interesting features. I previously had another Samsung device, and the Smart Switch app helped tremendously in transferring my information. One thing I've noticed that's new to me is that instead of Google Assistant, I can use Gemini to answer practically any question or to help me with certain tasks, such as finding somewhere to eat. The Galaxy A16 5G recognizes my biometrics much faster than other Samsung products I've used. Going between apps has become much smoother, allowing for fluid movement all the time. I also appreciate the camera quality, which is sufficient for someone who enjoys taking unprofessional photos. Another feature that I noticed and have taken a liking to is the App Protection feature, which regularly checks apps for any malware and other suspicious activities, adding security to keep my phone and I safe. The space is something else I appreciate, as the 128 GB of internal storage rivals the 64 GB I had with my previous phone (which was quickly taken up, mostly by my apps). Now, I have enough space for photos and apps alike. All in all, I feel I made a great decision in purchasing the Galaxy A16 5G.
