[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. However her old phone not a Samsung device by the waythe battery had swelled up on it and j didn't want it to cause fire . So she got this as an early Christmas present. The app in the Samsung phone made the transmission so easy and simple . The phone works great and the display and speed of the phone was far better then I expected. Such a great option for entry level Samsung. Couldn't be happier with the purchase

Slower phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy A series phones are a remarkable value. The A 16 functions flawlessly as a phone and connects to WIFI effortlessly. I t is fast enough to run most applications, with the only exception being high end games. Samsung's Gemini AI Agent ( Galaxy AI ) runs very well on it and is a massive value adder. The screen and camera are very good although certainly not the equal of much more expensive models. Nonetheless, taking and viewing photos is quite enjoyable. I highly recommend the Galaxy A16 to anyone looking for high value for their money.

I love samsung its very reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As technology is advancing the best thing about samsung to me is these devices stay reliable as new ones come out I own a galaxy 5 watch and it works perfectly with my galaxy a16 phone there are so many great features including galaxy ai and samsung fit I find samsung to be easier to use then any other brand because though its advancing its not becoming complicated like all of these other brands out there. Thanks for providing me with devices that I can rely on samsung I look forward to more business with yall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI series of phones, like my A16 are great devices. With so many features that I have not explored them all. I use my A16 for basically everything. I use it to stream movies, videos, highlights. I use it for social media, staying in contact with family and friends. I also use it for news and what is happening around the world. I use it for education, curiosity on how things are made, how they function, how to repair different things. It also serves as my portable radio, listening to music. It serves as my alarm clock and reminder of important dates, doctors appointments. It is used to make photographic art, family videos, etc. It is just the basic functions that I use my Galaxy AI, my great Galaxy A16. I have no complaints,the best phone I have had thus far on my budget.
