I've always loved the features and the quality of their phones their products and service! I'm glad my phone provider for my service was uncooperative with my request to receive an upgrade of a phone because it landed me with another service provider and this new Samsung a16!

Initially, I really thought "Wow, why would I pay for a flagship phone, when this thing does everything I need?" Unfortunately, once I'd installed everything I needed...it no longer even did the basics.
For example, the phone would freeze when trying to take a photo while playing music.
I suspect for users who do not need to install high-demand apps (e.g. Microsoft office-Teeams etc), it may be sufficient. But owning this phone for a couple of weeks was enough for me to justify buying the S25 Ultra.

The Galaxy AI easy to learn it's function.

After having this phone for over a year now I am still learning so much more as I integrate yet another app to explore. I am thoroughly happy. It is even a bit more durable than other phones that I have had before. The fact that I can share my thoughts with the phone and record them or later use along with the camera. This was a good bang for the buck.

The graphics are wonderful

Sleek and modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though the phone itself looks sleek and modern, the way it functions sometimes can be a little slow. I had taken a screenshot once of a recipe online and the entire phone froze. It couldn't register my touch but it would turn on with the side button. I asked my husband to call it and the call went through, everything was normal, except the touch. It couldn't register. Finally, I had to reset the phone manually.
The AI can be a tad annoying from time to time. Like when I'm trying to back out of an app and it decides it wants to pop up randomly.
The camera quality is so so. It's not fantastic super up close but it's ok. It gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Galaxy A16 5g is a very reliable phone I've had some issues with it but that's only because I didn't realize that this phone wasn't meant to do what I was trying to do. The only thing that I do not like about it is that it doesn't have all the capabilities that a lot of the other Samsung phones have but that's ok cux I got what I paid for.
