[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing seamless action across apps no problems so far highly satisfied with the reception not a single issue has occurred if there were 10 stars rating it go above and beyond 10 it's a real dime very pleased with the functioning of this phone . Everyone should get one like this samsung galaxy I'm glad I switched to the phone it's pleased me in a very good manor .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't mind this phone and it works in most places but to be honest, I have had better phones. The only two features I dont like on my phone are the camera and space. I think it would sell a lot better if you offered more space on this device and make the camera quality a while lot better. Overall and other than those I have mentioned, this is a pretty good phone and does what I need it to do.

This product is not very good for music listening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like Samsung phones but this one is not working for me. I have had this phone for 3 weeks and all of a sudden the volume goes really low even when I had the speaker on. Overall it's a decent phone

There is nothing like talking on the phone, and then you realize your volume is going lower as you are on the phone. One of the reasons this is taking place is because the case on your phone may be pressing against your volume button. However, another reason is that your phone indicates that it is time for a software update. This can be done quickly by navigating to and opening Settings on your device. Swipe to and then tap Software Update or System Updates. It will vary between models. Tap Download and install, or Check for software updates. It will begin downloading if an update is available, though you may need to tap Download now on some devices. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the update when the Download is complete. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has impressed me with how fast it runs, it's graphic quality, and it's durability. I got this phone because my older moto g play ran do bad I couldn't play hardly any games without it crashing, and it only had 32 GB of storage. So I got this phone hearing it was a new galaxy I had to get it because all samsung mobile phones and tablets are unbeatable in android devices. This phone can run every high graphic game I play smoothly and it is so fast that everyday activities with this phone are amazing and it's durability is crazy too before I had a case and screen protector I was a little worried cause this phone felt fragile but I was proven wrong when I've dropped this multiple times and not even a scratch was made. The storage is wonderful too I am able to have more games than a casino. Overall this phone is superior to all the other phones I've worked with and had and I work at a phone store!
