I really am so very happy to have a Samsung phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 7his is really the first real working smartphone I have owned. Finally!!! I'm disabled on SSDI months payments, all I could afford for a phone was through a free phone program by our federal government called lifeline. There are many companies that provide this service, and some are better than others. Needless to say, the phones I received never, ever seemed to work too well for me. Though I was grateful to not have to pay to have a phone and the minutes, and texts were unlimited with some data. They unfortunately didn't work well at all, every one of them. Since I have owned my Samsung A16 phone through Cricket life has been much easier for me. This phone is amazing, and everything has worked great each and every day. I'm so relieved to have a Samsung phone. I absolutely love Samsungs line of products. I own 2 Samsung Smart TV'S and a Samsung 7+ Tablet which works great. My only wish is that I could afford to own all the top of the line Samsung products I could own. I just don't have the money to pay to make my apartment a totally complete Samsung apartment. That would be awesome. I love how Samsung and android products all connect with each other. Samsung, you have made my life easier. I'm happy to have my Samsung A16 Smartphone. I only wish that I could afford to pay for a top of the line Samsung 25 phone. That would be amazing. Thank you for everything Samsung. God Bless!

Best Samsung Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first Galaxy A16 I had was so functional and dependable that when I lost it I decided I would get the exact same phone again. I purchased my second Galaxy A16 because it never failed me in anything I choose to do on it. The overall speed was exceptional for as much as I used it for. I used My Galaxy A16 for everything from personal, school,work, and church. I searched internet, used calendar for all personal and business activities and appointments. I created documents, forms, to do list and much more with the help of AI. AI has became my personal assistant since I learned about AI. After repeatlly asking family and friends to help me choose name and ideas for logo to no avail, AI didn't waste any time helping with name and ideas for my janitorial business. Thanks Samsung for making great products.

Best phone I've had in a very long time

Great Features, but Slow

When I use Galaxy Ai it's very slow and when im trying to use my phone for daily life it's works and then it just stops working. When I use it for school work and when I need it, it barely works but im getting through life and it's worth it, because a phone is a phone.

Not so Tech Savvy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not good with tech stuff but when a friend showed me the Samsung Galaxy phones and how easy they were to setup and use I immediately got one I use it every day to look at Facebook and to stay in contact with my family and friends but my favorite part is when I get to FaceTime my daughter who is a traveling nurse and I only get to see her in person maybe once a year Face timing her on the Samsung Galaxy is so clear it's like she's actually sitting right in front of me in person I'm so glad that I switched to the Samsung Galaxy phones
