[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy A16 5g is one of the highest quality phones we have ever owned. Initially, I purchases one for myself and the entire family fell in live with this product. Naturally, we had to purchase one gor each family member. It features “seamless actions across apps, excellent resolution, high speed, memory and "Godly" functioning for us all!

Great features but but crashes often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The A16 5G had me impressed at first sight. Due to the screen size, general feel of quality and the personalization options that samsung offers, I was pretty content. Until about 3 days into it when it started freezing and crashing. Now I often find myself closing out of what I'm doing and having to start all over again. I will be trading it in as soon as possible. I gave it 3 stars due to its over all appearance and screen quality. The freezing and crashing is deal breaker for me tho. If you want "seamless actions across apps" save up for a more quality device.

Hi SteelGirl,
We appreciate you for taking the time to share your experience with your Galaxy A16 5G. Upgrading to a new device is always an exciting journey, and the A16 5G has much to offer. You have been upgraded with an improved processor and a 6.7 FHD Super AMOLED screen with more adaptive refresh rates. These features enhance your user experience and make your device more powerful. If you notice that your device is showing signs of freezing from time to time, this may occur when there is a lot of background activity on your device. Closing out apps you are not using can show signs of improvement. Also, uninstall apps that you are no longer using. Sometimes, we forget to delete those apps we downloaded for a one-time occurrence. Looking at the apps you no longer need will show a significant sign of improvement. An article will be linked to mitigate crashes and freezing of your device. Please check it out. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your input. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer! -Ty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the phone but sometimes an issue when it comes to swapping in and out of apps another thing was that the is not that strong but the processor within the phone absolutely can run and maneuver seamlessly through apps and games a big plus to the phone is it size and durability and also add on features of the cameras good pixels good quality nice phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is everything you need at an affordable price. I've spent hours and hours gaming on it and it never overheated or fast battery drainage. There hasn't been any slowness using it non stop since I got it. It's an amazing phone. Especially when you do not have the financial ability to buy the flagship. Great phone!

My Black and White Review of the Galaxy A16 5G.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an Android developer. I am also a beta tester. I own a business-based in consumer electronics and my customer base depends on me having an educated unbiased opinion when it comes to their next purchase. I have always personally preferred the Google pixel fine. Primarily because of the open source availability and the the user user interface operability. Personally, if I am giving an honest opinion, I've always told my customers that Samsung to me is like HP for a computer. They are great and cannot be beat if you're using them exactly for what they're made to be used for. But they were limited to the scope of the software. Even the unlocked version always seemed like it was full of bloatware because the Samsung software in and of itself was very restrictive and if it was not Samsung branded then the phone itself was not very user friendly when it came to trying to use it with peripheral devices Or even trying to look at it from a developer standpoint. Samsung is one of the most reliable, one of the most secure, and one of the best performing devices on the market, no matter which level of device you purchase. And the flagship device is always neck and neck with the flagship of other comparable brands. And the budget line is always very comparable to other brands. I have to say the a16 unlocked version definitely changed my mind. With the introduction of Android 16 beta and the operability of the a16 with all of the new software features. I will definitely be recommending
