[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with my Samsung Galaxy. A 16 is the AI for the phone. Has a great response and its personality is kind of funny, but among that, you can play games on it and it runs smoothly. The phone calls are clear. The voicemail is direct and easy to access. And there's a lot of features that go good with it, as well as Face Recognition fingerprinting. Is all in all a great product to have!I hope you all have a good day

Best phone I've had so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my phone for over a year now. Everything loads quick, the color is crisp and clear. It takes great photos and videos. I've never tried the Galaxy AI yet but un planning on it. It has never crashed. Navigation is very simple. Good for Gaming banking and all other everyday activities. I highly recommend it.

The only thing is my phone which is supposed to be new the system stopped working a couple of times I have only had the phone a month. I am hoping that ig works out if it continues I will havd to do something else and get a better new phone maybe Galaxy AI upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy a16 is pretty mid being honest, dont get me wrong its not bad for the price but the performance can be terrible at times like watching videos or playing. The screen and cameras are amazing though.
