Galaxy 16 The best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Man my Galaxy AI is got to be the best helper I've ever had all I got to do is say its name it'll come on it'll ask me what I want and I'll tell it what to do it freaking does it in a matter of seconds if I need to call somebody make a message whatever it is awesome at the same time what do I do with it I use it for my work I work from it I'm a gig runner I do all kinds of different stuff.

Unfortunately, very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to make the switch back to a Samsung Galaxy phone because of prior experience with an S series Galaxy. I realize that the "A" series is a more budget friendly option, but as far as performance is concerned, this model is lacking. It can't keep up with the simplest of tasks, it overheats constantly, and I find myself restarting it frequently. I appreciate the ease of navigating the phone, I guess you'd call that "UI." I love the many features that Samsung offers, I'm just really disappointed with this model. Just the motivation I need to save for a higher end device.
