like the phone. just dont like the ads. one ad installed the talkback program which completely took control of the phone and i was not able to do anything with the phone as a result. took it to att store. they wiped the phone to get rid of the talkback menu. no ads should be allowed on cell phones.
Too big. Camera not great, feels cheap, slow operating system

Not to the standard I had hoped for. Biggest complaint is battery life, it barely lasts one day before requiring to be recharged. I have tried the battery saver and ran the phone diagnostic test. It shows no issues.
Junk. Sure wish I didn't buy into this one. Let alo e 2 of them. Not happy

The phone itself is much like the model I had previously so it's easy for me to use, but it lags in speed and sometimes freezes in apps or games.

Phone is slow and can only be charged by plugging into charger. Cannot place on charging pad.

Decent device, however, does not support wireless charging, which we did not realize. Had to return and upgrade to another device, which was a $55 restock fee mistake on our part for not realizing.
