Not what I expexted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've loved samsung phones all thr way back to my 1st samsung s5. But this one is I know it's an a16 but it's slow and lags and heats up really hot while just sitting there. It can only run 1 app or website at a time. I'm not happy with it at all. I dunno if it's a lemon or they're all like this. I'm ready for a different phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the A14 a couple of years ago, so recently when it was time to get a new phone - I wasn't entirely sure which phone to get at first. Once I saw that the A16 was one of the options to choose from, I was sold. Haven't had many problems out of this phone, other than it can be a little sluggish at times & I don't have a lot of stuff (apps, pics, music, etc) on this phone to begin with.. so why it's sluggish I have no idea.. but other than that, I love my phone & would definitely recommend it to any of my friends or loved ones that are looking for a new phone.

I bought my phone phone 2 months ago and I still haven't used it to it's full potential so far it's the best phone I've purchased yet. It's fast camera is amazing the super fast charging is awesome. I would love how to get more it off my phone though. All in all I give it a 5 cause that's all I'm allowed to give it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
