I ordered a new Samsung A16 5G to replace an older Samsung A series. I didn't need the more expensive S series and this phone is perfect for my needs. Works well, decent camera, and plenty of storage for my needs. I definitely recommend the A16 5G to everyone who is looking for a basic phone without all the extra unnecessary features.

I have an A16 5g with 8g/256 gb. I am coming from an A72 which I still love but I fear the supports have stopped. I was disappointed in the specs about this camera compared to my A72 but this is double the speed & storage so overall, a win. And rumor has it, it will be supported until 2030.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible phone

I bought this phone a month or so ago not hapoy wirh it at all. Probably the worse phone ive ever owed . My phone broke and needed something cheap so i when with samsung thats what i buy. Ive had cheaper phone in the past that worked way better.

Worst phone I have had in the longest time. It is super slow and glitches constantly!! The volume and power buttons don't work alot of the time and apps run extra slow.

This feature enhances your device's performance by identifying apps that consume excessive battery power. It removes unnecessary items from memory, deletes unwanted files, scans for malware, and closes background apps. Optimizing your phone is quick and simple. To do this, go to Settings, swipe to and tap on Device Care, then tap Optimize now, and finally tap Done. The article below provides more troubleshooting steps to enhance your device's performance. There could be several reasons if your device's buttons are not working properly. Check if you're using a case that might obstruct the buttons' functionality. Additionally, you can determine if a specific button is malfunctioning by opening the Samsung Members app on your device. You can download it from the Galaxy Store if it is not installed.
