It is easy to use, basic layout and easy enough to navigate even by beginner phone users! I've never understood how to use GALAXY AI but the A16 5G has helped me understand how to use the AI functions easily!
I definitely would recommend the GALAXY A16 5G phone to anyone I know looking for a new phone!
