Phone is glitchy and slow. It also doesn't allow you when receiving very verification codes via text or email. If you leave the current screen to retrieve the code and return back to the original screen. It always refreshes and you're stuck in a loop of going back-and-forth between receiving the code and the original screen. Refreshing, and you have to go through the whole process over and over again. Galaxy AI does not always register your voice.You'll be sitting here talking and realize there's nothing printing at all. Very disappointed in this device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung A16 5G is a great phone. It has room for all of my fun games and other banking apps and such. It has a great camera and is a durable sleek looking phone. I think that it is just a little to big for me to hold and use comfortably but that would probably be the only part if my phone that I'm not completely happy with. Overall I believe it is a quality phone and worth the price.
