Not worth what you pay for. Very cheap made. Think it may have had defect when purchased. It had case on it and grandson dropped it and it shattered. Mind you, he is a short little dude.

I like the phone but my issues is with the sound quality. I love listening to my music but this phone wont let me fix the music the way i like. And i would like the picture quality to be better than it is.
