Upgrade killed performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone was working well until I installed the new update now it's glitchy, doesn't like to open apps when touched, have to touch multiple times to work, other than that it isn't to bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Galaxy A16. It's pratical, and very functional. I use my device for work. I am able to receive all phone calls on time with no interruption. If I am ever stumped on an answer, Galacy AI is there to help. The camera quality is also quite good. It definitely helps if you have an interest in photography. I hit the jackpot when i purchased my device. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

New phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have the Samsung Galaxy A15 and I'm upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy A16. And I have to admit that it's definitely a better phone. It's got more features for me anyway. I love Galaxy phones. They're all great and just having this Galaxy phone. Now is just a plus for me. Because I use my phone for work. My phone for you know, Xbox for pretty much my whole daily life and this phone does everything I need and more.
