This is my second smartphone and I love it

I use it primarily for shopping and investigating things I am interested in and it's a breeze to use. I have tinkered with the customization but keep changing it about once a week. Still fast and keeps me informed and on time for stuff, great little all around helper.

Worst samsung device ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My galaxy A16 is the absolute worst galaxy phone ever produced. The touch screen doesn't work properly. I have to restart the phone every morning to stop an lag in using this phone. It may operate fine for an hour or two, but then the lag in service makes the phone unusable for roughly 30min

I use this phone for my music, photos, art and general communication across social platforms
I enjoy the camera quality as well the model size.

My A16 since the last 2 updates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my A16 after my A20 lost its screen after I dropped it. I have had this phone since April of 2025. So still newish. After this last update to the phones system, my phone is a nightmare. The Home UI stops working for no reason. My apps stall/freeze til I have to hold down 2 buttons to get my device to restart. My camera has to have time to process the photos I take. Like I am very unhappy with all of those things happening. The reason I don't give a less rating is because the storage is great for me. Very fast at loading apps, the Galaxy AI is a great tool to have at ur finger tips. I have been a Samsung user for about 10 years now,Second Galaxy. This one is now my first disappointment. About ready to find a different phone that doesn't have this new system on it. I had even talked my husband into getting one before all this. He now hates his phone as well for same reasons.
Do better Samsung.
