It's just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review is based on the fact that I changed my carrier and the Samsung Galaxy S series I had wasn't compatible due to it's age. I received this A16 5G from my new carrier, however, I feel like it is a cheap phone. It doesn't hold a charge like my Samsung S series which still holds a great charge even though it's older. This phone gets hot and I am just playing small games on this phone. I do not stream movies or TV on my phone. I've always been a fan of Samsung Galaxy and I still am, however, this phone isn't fabulous. You get what you pay for!

This product is very efficient and fast.

The Galaxy AI is great tool I use to help me figure out all kinds of information. I definitely could not exist without it. Im looking forward to an upgrade to see what else Galxy series has to offer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super amazed in the quality of this phone not only is the imaging and picture quality great but the simplicity of having such great apps at hand like microsoft copilot is such a blessing for work and personal scheduling. Their screenshot quality is super simple which I love !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Galaxy A16 5G in June. I love the phone, just have to get use to the outlay. Plus, I was charged for a charging plug and a screen protector...BUT I DIDN'T ASK FOR THEM AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. I called and they gave me the runaround. But I like the phone and the storage space, graphics, and the GALAXY AI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the GALAXY A16 5G to upgrade and I have had non stop issues with it The fact that it overheats when not in use and that the screen gets so hot that you can not touch it causing the phone to glitch os annoying If it wasnt for that I would love this phone . It has everything i need and so much more
