Could be a lot better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this device for a littlemof everything. Streaming music seems to be ok for about a good hour before its starts to lag. Bluetooth won't stay connected to my galaxy watch. Streaming movies i haven't tried yet. My calls dont always come through but that could be a service provider issue. Camera and sound is 4 out of 10.

As you mentioned, your device can stream well before lag begins. For optimal performance, consider optimizing your device in Device Care via the Settings app on your phone before streaming. If your device isn't staying connected via Bluetooth, please ensure the software for both devices is up to date. You can clear the Bluetooth data cache on your phone to fully reset Bluetooth. To do this, open Settings, then swipe to and tap Apps. Tap the Sort icon (the down arrow with three vertical bars), then tap Show system apps. Tap OK, and all the system apps will appear in the list. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The A16 phone is one of the best phones ive ever used/had, its very fast, reliable, and has really good features, I use my phone every day for all kinds of things, I play a lot of games on it, stream music all day every day, I also use it for different movie streaming apps and it doesn't lag or anything, whenever I get a new phone i never have to think about which phone I want because I already know that im always going to get a Samsung galaxy phone, they are the best!

Unexpected but not unwelcome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally walked into the store and asked for the cheapest phone they had. This is what I got. I was expecting a "band-aid" until I could afford something better. But I was pleasantly surprised. It does everything i need it to. I am active duty military and so use data, and hot spot quite frequently as I travel. Everything runs fine with it. The only problem i have ran across is that it get really hot if I keep data turned on. But that seems to be a normal problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does every A16 slow down about mid day and start going really slow. Also it has this automatic download for apps by either metro or Samsung and it's automatic I can't turn it off. I dont like being told What apps to download.

Depending on the apps you're downloading, some can be stopped, and most Samsung apps can be disabled from auto-download in the Google Play Store. Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually Samsung phones are awesome. I upgraded to the A16 5G from the A71 in June. Since I have switched my service over to the A16 the phone: often needs to be restarted, will restart on its own, over heats whether I'm using it or not, moves slow or glitches when I'm trying to type texts, answer or hang up calls & use apps, pictures I take & that are saved to internal phone storage will not open has error message, has a hard time connecting to WiFi, does not automatically connect to my Galaxy 6 watch & when it does connect it consistently loses connection to my watch. Beyond that the memory & storage are awesome as usual!
