[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This A16 replaced my A10 and it's faster, easy to handle. I use it for mail, banking, news, checking stocks, etc. There is one thing that annoys me though. SMS messaging has been replaced by RCS chats all of a sudden and some messages do not get to me because of that.

This phone is ok but it freezes alot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's ok for gaming and looking at videos but often freezes alot and when you leave the app most times it's still playing the sound so you have to turn your phone off it also drops service alot it's sometimes slow with loading applications. The AI features are cool but I don't use them alot
