Very disappointed ☹️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung Galaxy a16 5g mostly for pictures because unfortunately that's about the only good thing about this phone. I have had several Samsung Galaxy's in the past, including two or 3 of the active series. I never had any problems with my previous Galaxy phones. This one freezes and the Galaxy AI doesn't work half the time.

I use this phone for music streaming, watching and streaming movies and taking photos with its state of the art camera. I enjoy using this phone for daily use. It helps me stay connected and up to date with my busy schedule. I had the s9 which I loved! This phone is a good replacement for it.

Does not play games with graphics very slow phone if you want a phone that can make calls texts and check emails maybe use gps then this is for you otherwise stay away
