Not a good model for businesses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this phone to run our personal, but tends to have multiple glitches of locking up and me having to use my phone to force restart his. While the size is great, it's functionality tends to be more limited than my old S20. Probably be great as just a regular make call/play games phone or starter phone.

No major issues. Pretty happy with this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've downloaded an unmentionable amount of games daily on here and phone still runs everlasting seems like. Sometimes will tell me phone needs to cool down, but that's on 100 degree days in my non air conditioned car. Clear photos, lots of storage, not too big or too small. Still haven't tried galaxy AI but I'll get there. All an all I think this phone is very good value for the cost I paid.

Alot to utilize

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alot of usefulness but quite a bit to learn about and im not that phone savvy. I utilize the Galaxy AI to help with a lot of things such as helping me with the my resume and also with diagrams and learning lot of new things. Not sure I even touch all of the capabilities of the A16 phone yet but as time goes by I'm sure I'll learn how to use it better. It's a little overwhelming and confusing with all that's there but I'll get the hang of it with the help of ...you Guessed it!!! Galaxy AI!!

If you see an error message saying your phone isn't connected to the network, your best bet is to contact your carrier to make sure your account is active. To enjoy your music in the background while using other apps, you’ll need to set that up in Settings. If background playback isn't allowed for music apps on your phone or tablet, your audio might stop when the device or app goes to sleep. Whether you're streaming from apps like Spotify, using Samsung earbuds, or listening to saved audio files, updating your sleep and battery settings will help keep your music playing smoothly. To do this, open Settings, tap on Apps, select the app you'd like to keep active, then tap Battery. You can choose from options like "Unrestricted" for continuous background play, "Optimized" for learning your usage and managing sleep, or "Restricted" to prevent background activity. My Phone Works Good could be better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recemtly purchaeed this phone. And although i do have alot of apps downloaded the Battery does not do well holding a Charge. And one of my biggest problems is the keyboard and typing. I dont think ive ever had to go back so much on a phone and correct as much as i have on this phone.that definitely needs to be updated. The Streaming its not very Great cuts off and buffers like it was 1996 AOL computer. But overall its a decent phone but definitely wished i had gotten something Better And im not sure about the Galaxy AI ive only used it like twice.
