Embarrassing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From day one I've been disappointed with my A16 5g phone. It lags so bad and the refresh rate on this phone is atrocious. Embarrassing really. The screen freezes up several times a day. I hate this phone!!!

The Galaxy A16 5G has many helpful features to meet different needs. If your device feels slow or isn’t responding as quickly as you’d like, checking for software updates can really boost its performance. Just swipe down with two fingers from the top right corner of your screen and tap the Settings icon. Then, scroll down a bit and select Software update or System updates; the wording might be slightly different depending on your device. Next, tap on Download and install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates, depending on your carrier. If an update is available, it will usually start downloading automatically, but sometimes you’ll need to tap ‘Download now'. Once the download is done, follow the on-screen steps to install the update. If you need more help, you can visit the online guide, “Samsung phone or tablet freezes and crashes.” We really appreciate you sharing how your device is running, and thank you so much for trusting Samsung as your go-to brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works seamlessly with this device it has a recent update that takes some fiddling to get used to but definitely worth the price. I do recommend getting as starter phones for teens or even daily use it's just a great to have. I've had it for a while now few years and it's worth it. New phone same model.
