This product made upgrade easy

I also enjoy the Galaxy AI feature that wasn't available on my last device.
I have always used Samsung phones and don't envision ever changing.

The biggest difference I’ve noticed is how Samsung AI makes everyday tasks smoother without me doing anything extra. The camera looks way better thanks to AI optimization — it detects the scene and adjusts lighting, contrast, and colors so photos come out clearer and more natural. I also use Samsung AI to stay organized, because it suggests quick replies on WhatsApp and helps me write faster without thinking too much. And one thing I love: the phone learns my habits and adjusts battery usage, so it lasts longer even when I’m using multiple apps. Worst Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be one of the worst phones I've had. I bought it brand new and since day one I have had trouble with the phone freezing up on me. It's really slow to do anything and then after waiting for an app to open, it will freeze up! I'll have to turn the phone off and back on again before I can do anything again. Worst phone!
