Phone does not pick up Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Would not stay connected to car's blue tooth after turning the ignition off and then would not reconnect unless unpaired from vehicle's blue tooth. Experienced difficulty in receiving emails and text messages the following day after migration to new phone. It has only 4GB of RAM and one port for charging and earphones. It was a defective phone and had o return it. .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In the meantime, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem: 1.Restart Your Device: A simple restart can often fix minor bugs and reconnect your phone to the network. 2.Check Signal Bars: Ensure that your signal bars are not too low. If you're indoors, try stepping outside to see if the signal improves. 3.Airplane Mode: Make sure Airplane Mode is turned off, as it can block all calls and prevent your phone from connecting to the network. 4.SIM Card Issues: Reinsert the SIM card or try using a different SIM card to rule out any SIM-related problems. 5.Network Settings: Check your network settings to ensure they are correctly configured. 6.Software Updates: Ensure your phone's software is up to date, as outdated software can cause network issues
7.If these steps do not resolve the reception issue, you may need to contact Samsung Support or your carrier for further assistance.
