The device has so many options and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well first off, the Galaxy AI does come quite handy, especially when I drive a lot daily.
I use my Galaxy A16 more for work and business, a little gaming and socializing. With both the Galaxy and Google store, I am able to use all the apps that I use from my laptop for work, all on my phone, along with access to all documents and photos I need in a snap. Whenever I come across a file I can't open, one of the app stores always has something I can download and use. The settings for keeping my phone clean of all items I don't need, and clearing cache without doing it myself, is also a favorite!!

THE BACKLIGHT IS PERFECT, BUT THE SCREEN ITSELF SU

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm enjoying the features and overall functionality of the device. The hardware is new and modern, and the design is optimal. It fits very well in my hands; however, I'm not sure if that's why I keep dropping it or because I'm a bit clumsy.
I wish the screens were more durable, because cheaper models seem to break more easily. I'm thinking about a device that doesn't need all the features, like a case and a privacy screen? Earbuds or in-ear headphones are understandable, but the durability of the screen is troublesome. I use my device without a case or screen protector, so my screen cracked. It looks horrible, but to be fair, the usability and functionality of my device aren't affected. However it seemed to have happened the very first time I dropped it. I'm thinking maybe, DIAMOND SCREENS? OR MAYBE ADAMANTINUM? JUST A THOUGHT! Haha

This product is good quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my very first time purchasing a Samsung device, and I love it so far. My new device was very easy to set up, it has a lot of different features that my other phone doesn't have, but I seemed to figure it out for the most part. I do wish they made more cases for this particular device though. All in all, I most definitely would recommend Samsung to anyone that never owned a Samsung before.

It's a good phone for its price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy 16 phone is comparable to a Motorola or Nokia. It runs smoothly and has a decent storage space and you can add a sd card and it's still fairly inexpensive. It has one spot for a physical SIM card and can take eSIM as well which is nice. It does seem to need to restart about once a week but it's relatively quick.
