Poor quality and slow speed with glitches. It was at a low price promotion. I have always had Samsung Galaxies and they last an average of 5+ years. My screen broke on my last one and it was freezing prior to my upgrade. I saw this promotion for a discounted price and was upgrade eligible so I didnt hesitate. Boy, do I regret that decision. I'm in worse shape with this new phone and have more issues than my 5 year old one with a cracked screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Runs super slow and we might have to buy another phone..not pleased at all

Didn't need it. My old one was only three years old. It died one day. Found out later, after buying a new one, it was only a bad plug.
