Runs super slow and we might have to buy another phone..not pleased at all

Didn't need it. My old one was only three years old. It died one day. Found out later, after buying a new one, it was only a bad plug.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It sounds like you didn't actually need a replacement and that your old device was fairly new which must have been upsetting since you have just invested on a new device only to find out it was just a bad plug. We are committed to make this right and ensure you feel confident about your purchase going forward.
I hate this phone. Its so slow with everything. I rather have my iPhone switched over and use it instead. I can't do things I could with my iPhone. I hate android phones.
